MOMENTUM — Participant Agreement


By submitting this application, you agree that if Bernadette McClelland / Sales Leader of Influence™ approves your application and accepts you as a participant in the MOMENTUM cohort, this Agreement becomes a binding contract between you and the Company.


Payment Commitment. On acceptance, you authorise the Company to process your deposit or full payment as selected. If accepted, you are responsible for the full program investment regardless of attendance or completion. No refunds post-acceptance. Monthly payments must be made on schedule. Deposits are fully refundable if not accepted.


Conduct & Participation. The Company may terminate participation without refund if a participant becomes disruptive, fails to uphold program standards, or impairs other cohort members' experience.


Confidentiality. You agree to respect the confidential business information shared by fellow participants. All Company materials are proprietary intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.


No Guarantee of Results. Individual results depend on your commitment, background, and application of the work. Participation does not guarantee any specific business outcome.
